Machine Operation Instructions <back to top>
Easy to follow instructions are always left behind for reference. At delivery, each easy step of machine operation and refilling procedures are covered verbally to ensure a successfull event. If delivery is the same say as your function, we will make your first mix for you as long as any liquor to be added is available.

Helpful Hints <back to top>
- If you have not rented a machine before, you may be surprised to learn that 50-70% of your guests will choose the frozen drinks over beer and/or wine. This means you can probably get by with providing less beer and wine.
- Keep margarita machines in the shade during daytime operation.
- Use dedicated 110V, 15 amp circuit for each machine.
- Using a cold mix will ensure better output. Ask about chilling techniques with ice.
BAG-A-RITA!! Save leftover mix by storing in zipper bags in the freezer for later use.
- We prefer that you not use GFI outlets for our machines.
- Heavy gauge extension cords are provided with each rental. Please do not use any other cords. Extension cords provided are typically 25ft and should not exceed 50 feet total length.
- Please tell us when you make your reservation if we will encounter any steps or stairways during delivery. An additional delivery fee may apply for difficult deliveries.
- Unauthorized transportation of machine(s) will result in a $500 fine. Please do not attempt to relocate, lift or otherwise move machines.
- There will be a $50 charge per machine for cancellations less than 72 hour notice. This charge may be applied to your bill at time of rescheduling.

All beverage mixes provided by The Margarita Man are non-alcoholic. Any alcohol used must be provided by the rental party. Recipes for alcohol quantities and types are available upon request. See our Flavors page for more information.
Delivery Fees <back to top>
Set up and pick up are free of charge in our free delivery areas. A small delivery fee may apply for deliveries outside of our free delivery area. Machines are available for pick up in Roseville and El Dorado Hills, contact the Margarita Man for details.
